Going Live In

From the Desk of

Neil Napier & Kamal Jalwania

Hey, it's Neil.

I'm writing this one with Kamal Jalwania, my product co-owner on ShopEmpire.

Thirteen years of launching software, and you've been on most of those leaderboards with me. So you know I don't put my name on everything that lands in my inbox.

I've done over $11M in product sales and another $2.5M as an affiliate, and a lot of that is down to partners on this page. This one is easy to promote because there's nothing to explain. A listing image goes in, a finished branded video comes out, and there isn't a person anywhere in it.

You've Promoted Plenty Of Video Tools.

Here's What Every One Of Them Left Out.

The market is real. The tools just stopped halfway.

There's a reason they keep coming. Vendors aren't copying each other. They're following the money.

Buying moved into the video feed.

TikTok Shop did an estimated $15.1 billion in US sales in 2025, up 68% in a single year (Momentum Works, 2026). About half of it came through video.

Affiliates became the sales force.

Affiliate content drove roughly 42% of those sales. Brands don't pay to make the video. They pay commission to whoever posts it.

AI made the video cheap.

Nearly two-thirds of video marketers now use AI to create or edit video, up from about half a year earlier (Wyzowl, 2026).

The demand is proven, the sales model is proven, and the cost of building a video tool collapsed. So everybody built one.

But almost all of them built the same half. They solved making a clip, not getting paid from it.

MISS #1

They show a product,

not THE product.

Stock scenes and generic AI footage, when the viewer is deciding on one specific item behind one specific link.

MISS #2

They still need a person on screen.

Either the buyer's face, or an AI presenter that viewers spot in a second.

MISS #3

They stop at the export button.

Finding the product, adding the link, and posting to five platforms are all left to the buyer. A video with no link on it isn't income. It's a file.

And the half they skipped is exactly where your list gets stuck.

Why Your List Has Never

Truly Made Income From Video

They don't have a strategy problem. Every one of them can name three people making money doing exactly this.

They have a production problem, and it hits in six places.

They don't own the product.

Buy it and wait, or promote something they've never held.

They can't film it.

Home lighting, phone camera, a result they don't want to post.

They won't go on camera.

For a big share of your list, this is where it ends. Not the skills. Being seen.

They can't edit.

Learn the software, or pay somebody who can.

What they do post looks generic.

A stock clip of something that resembles the product, which the viewer clocks in half a second.

They run out by day nine.

The content treadmill never stops, and neither does the burnout.

Six walls. Most people hit the first one and never get past it.

ShopEmpire Takes Down All Six

A listing image is the entire input. Nothing to buy, nothing to ship, nothing to wait for.

The AI builds the branded video around that image. No camera involved at any point.

Nobody appears. No face, no voice, no name attached to any of it.

There's no timeline. 100 templates arrive with motion, camera angles, lighting and scene style already built in.

They save the setup as a template, and the next product takes a single upload.

Introducing

Get On Priority List

Start With A Listing Image. Get A Branded Video They Can Post, With Nobody In It.

They pick a product they want to promote. They don't need to own it, buy it, or wait for it to arrive. A listing image is all this needs.

They pick a product they want to promote. They don't need to own it, buy it, or wait for it to arrive. A listing image is all this needs.

The AI builds the video around that real item. Upload the image from a device, a URL or the media library. The system analyses that specific product and adapts positioning, depth, lighting, scene composition and motion to it. Not a stock clip that resembles it. The actual thing behind the link.

It gives them the look for free. 100 branded templates across multiple product categories, each pre-built with its motion, camera angles, lighting and scene style. Luxury studio, product showcase, viral short-form. Every one tagged by style, motion category and output ratio, so they know what they're getting before they spend a credit.

It keeps them in control without making them technical. The system writes the video prompt automatically from the template, the product and the scene. They can edit it, run Enhance for a stronger result, or restore the original. They can preview and regenerate for a different variation before committing.

They add their link and post it. Then they save the whole setup as a template, so the next product takes a single upload.

And nobody is in any of it. No face, no voice, no recording, at any stage.

How It Works

01
STEP 01: PICK THE PRODUCT

They choose a product worth promoting and grab its listing image. No owning it, no buying it, no waiting for delivery.

02
STEP 02: PICK THE LOOK

100 branded templates, tagged by style, motion category and output ratio. Preview before spending a credit.

03
STEP 03: LET THE AI BUILD IT

Upload the image. The AI adapts positioning, depth, lighting, composition and motion around that specific item, writes the prompt, and renders the video.

04
STEP 04: LINK IT, POST IT, REUSE IT

They add their affiliate link, post it, then save the setup so the next product takes one upload.

Three clicks from a listing image to a finished branded video,

with nobody in it.

The Market Opportunity

Your audience already believes short video sells. Producing it is the only thing that ever stopped them.

The Gap

Demand isn't the question.

85% of people say video has convinced them to buy something.

Supply is.

A professionally produced video still runs $1,000 to $10,000 per finished minute, a crew day still costs $2,500 to $8,000, and when Wistia asked businesses what stops them making more video, resources and cost came first and second.

Sitting in between are 36.2 million US small businesses, plus 5.6 million Etsy sellers, roughly 1.9 million Amazon third-party sellers and around 5.5 million Shopify merchants. Every one of them is a business that needs product video and has to find the budget for it.

That's the market. Not a trend,

a bottleneck.

Why ShopEmpire Converts

Where Other AI Video Tools Haven't

Your Audience Has Bought AI Video Software Before. Here's What Was Different About All of It.

Every affiliate tool your audience has bought promised an easier way to make content. Every one of them left the two hardest parts on the buyer: getting the actual product on screen, and being the one in the video.

That second part is the quiet one. It isn't laziness and it isn't skill. A large share of the people on your list would run this business tomorrow if it didn't require them to appear. They won't say that in a survey, and no offer in this space speaks to it.

So they tried the alternatives, and the alternatives failed the same four ways:

What they tried
Why it didn't work
AI Video Generators
Returned stock footage of somebody else's product
Slideshow Tools
Dropped their photo into a pan-and-zoom. Looked dated.
Hiring Somebody
$1,000 to $10,000 per finished minute, or $2,500 to $8,000 for a crew day
Filming It Themselves
Home lighting, phone-camera motion, and a result they didn't want to post

ShopEmpire removes both.

A listing image is the whole input, and nobody appears in the result.

What Your Subscribers Can Do With It

The offer ships with a suggested client pricing guide, so nobody has to invent the business model.

Sell Product Video To Local Businesses

Every restaurant, boutique, salon, bakery and gym in their town has a phone full of product photos and no video at all. The agency tier includes a suggested client pricing guide with three tiers: a $500 starter, a $1,200 growth and a $2,000 scale package.

Serve e-Commerce Sellers Who Can't Shoot At Scale

A Shopify or Amazon seller with forty SKUs needs forty videos and can't fund forty shoots. Because the template is reusable, the fortieth costs the same effort as the first.

Produce Their Own Catalogue Video

They already paid for the photography. Every image in that library is a video they haven't made yet, for listings, for ads, for social.

Promote Physical Products As An Affiliate

Take the product image from the merchant listing, generate a video of it, and post it with their link. No unboxing, no filming, no waiting for delivery.

Start With Nothing At All

The DFY niche packs ship with pre-built campaign templates, product tag copy and publishing schedules across ten niches. Pick one and publish.

Who This Works For…

Anyone On Your List Who Won't Go On Camera

The biggest untapped segment in this market, and the one nobody sells to directly.

→ No face, no voice, no recording, anywhere in the process.

→ The product is the star. They never are.

Angle: the business nobody knows you're running.

Affiliates Promoting Physical Products

They're competing against creators who own the product and film it. They own nothing.

→ A listing image is all this needs.

→ Nothing to buy, ship or unbox.

Angle: promote it without ever holding it.

Beginners With No Product, No List And No Skills

No store, no camera, no editing software, no idea what to promote.

→ They pick a product. The AI builds the video around it.

→ DFY packs ship loaded across ten categories.

Angle: three clicks from nothing to their first video.

MMO Buyers Who've Bought Twenty Tools And Earned Nothing

They know the playbook. They never get past the content part.

→ The content part is the part that's automated.

Angle: the first one where the work isn't your job.

Affiliates Already Earning Who Can't Produce Enough

Volume is the whole game. Production is the ceiling.

→ Save a setup, reuse it on every product after.

Angle: more products promoted, same hours.

Local Marketers And Agency Owners

Every service they sell is a price fight against a Fiverr listing.

→ Branded product video is a service almost nobody in their town offers.

→ Suggested client pricing built in: $500, $1,200, $2,000.

Angle: pitch it Monday, deliver it Tuesday.

01

Reason #1: Nobody Has To Be Seen

A significant share of people who never start online are stopped by one thing: being on camera. They rarely say it out loud, and no competing offer addresses it head on. This one does, and it opens a segment your other promotions can't reach.

02

Reason #2: The Entry Requirement Is Nothing

No product, no camera, no face, no following, no website, no skills. A listing image is the whole input. That's the widest qualifying gate any offer in this space can claim, which is why it converts on cold segments that usually need warming up first.

03

Reason #3: The Video Is Of The Real Product

Most affiliate video apps assemble stock and UGC footage, so the output is a video about a category. ShopEmpire builds the scene around the actual item behind the link. That's the difference between a view and a click.

04

Reason #4: Save-As-Template Makes It A Repeat-Use Tool

Most launches in this category refund hard because the buyer makes three videos and forgets the login. Reusable setups mean the next product costs one upload. Buyers who come back don't refund, and buyers who come back upgrade.

05

Reason #5: Every Upgrade Removes A Limit They've Already Hit

The front end ships with a real credit allocation and a real ceiling. When they run out, the upgrade moment arrives by itself. OTO1 lifts the ceiling, OTO2 removes the creative work, OTO3 opens the advanced studio, OTO4 turns it into a client business.

06

Reason #6: There Are Two Ways For Them To Get Paid

The same videos they post for commissions are the ones local businesses will pay for. The agency tier ships with a suggested client pricing guide at $500, $1,200 and $2,000. That de-risks the purchase, which is what keeps refund rates down.

07

Reason # 7: Evergreen Demand

Product video isn't a format that dies when an algorithm changes. 85% of people say a video has convinced them to buy something, and 63% would rather learn about a product from a short video than read an article about it. Anyone selling a physical thing needs video, on every platform they sell on, indefinitely.

Why Mail the Prelaunch

The affiliates who make the most on a launch aren't the ones who mail hardest on day one. They're the ones who showed up before it.

Subscribers who join the webinar watch a listing image become a finished branded video, live. When the cart opens, they've already decided.

The Opening Contest runs three days and first place pays $2,000. With a second contest at the close worth another $1,850, there's a reason to mail hard at both ends rather than fading out on day three.

PRE-LAUNCH WEBINAR
06OCT
Pre-launch webinar: Tuesday, October 6th @ 10:00 AM ET/NY.

Live demo, the funnel sold end to end, and your subscribers watching it before anyone can buy.

Why You Should Promote ShopEmpire

The Demo Closes The Sale Before Your Email Does

Show the before-and-after grid. That's the whole promotion. Your subscribers stop evaluating and start mentally uploading their own product photo.

It Opens A Segment Nobody Else Sells To

The people who won't go on camera are sitting on your list right now, ignoring every offer that needs them to. This is the one they answer.

It Converts Across Mixed Lists

Anyone selling a physical product, and anyone selling services to those people. E-com, local, affiliate, agency, POD, dropship, beginner. That's a much wider net than most software offers cast.

50% Commissions On Every Step

FE at $37. OTOs at $97, $67, $197 and $97. Two order bumps at $120 each. Bundle at $267. A buyer who walks the full ladder puts $367 in your pocket from a single click.

A Funnel Where Every Upsell Earns Its Place

The front-end limit is a real one the buyer feels naturally. OTO1 removes it. OTO2 removes the creative work. OTO3 opens the advanced studio. OTO4 turns it into a client business.

Low Refund Risk Means Commissions You Keep

The buyer gets a finished video out of their first session, before any doubt sets in. And reusable templates bring them back for the next product. Things that get used don't get refunded.

A Proven Vendor Behind It

13+ years launching on JVZoo, $11M+ in product sales, $2.5M+ in affiliate earnings and multiple leaderboard finishes. You're backing a vendor whose products have delivered for buyers over time, not just on launch day.

Evergreen Demand

Product video doesn't go out of fashion when a format dies or an algorithm shifts. Every seller of every physical thing needs it, on every platform they sell on, indefinitely.

Final Thoughts

One last thing before you decide whether to give this a slot.

Your list has bought affiliate tools before. Most handed over a piece of content and left them to work out the rest. Find the product yourself. Buy it. Film it. Be on camera. Put the link somewhere and hope.

ShopEmpire takes the hardest part off them, and it does it without them appearing anywhere in it. They pick a product they don't own, the AI builds the branded video around that actual item, they add their link and post it.

Two things make it convert. Nobody has to be seen, which reaches a part of your list that ignores everything else you mail. And the video is of the thing behind the link, not a stock clip that resembles it, which is why the click goes somewhere.

What You Get Out Of It

50% at every tier. Up to $367 per buyer on the full ladder, $253 from a single Bundle checkout. $5,000 in prizes across an Opening Contest (6 to 8 October) and a Closing Contest (9 to 10 October). And reciprocation, because I've driven 100 to 280+ sales for partners on past launches, and that's not something I've stopped doing.

What Your Audience Gets

A product video business with nothing to buy, no camera to hold, and nobody ever knowing it was them.

Launch Window – 6th To 10th October 2026

The AI builds the branded video around that image. No camera involved at any point.

Can't film?

Here's why this one got a slot.

I've watched your subscribers buy video tools for years, and it is never making the clip that stops them. It's everything around it. What do I promote, where do I get the link, where does this actually get posted, and the one nobody says out loud. Do I have to be in it?

That's the whole reason ShopEmpire exists.

It was built to run the entire job, from finding the product to the post going live, and to do it without your subscriber ever appearing in any of it.

Your subscriber picks a niche, and ShopEmpire surfaces the trending products inside it from TikTok Shop, Amazon and eBay. They save one as a campaign with their affiliate link attached and pick a cinematic template. From there our AI agent builds a branded video around that actual product and schedules it to TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, with their link sitting in every caption.

No product to buy. No camera. No editing. And nobody on screen at any stage.

That last part matters more than people admit. A large share of your list would have started this years ago if it hadn't meant filming themselves. They'll do the work, they just won't be seen doing it. Almost nothing in this space is built for those people, and they're sitting on your list right now ignoring everything else you mail.

And the video is of the real item. The one behind the link. The one that arrives if somebody actually buys.

The Demo Does The Whole Job

A listing image goes in. A finished branded video comes out, with nobody in it. There is no concept to explain, in any language, to any segment.

It Reaches The Segment Your Other Promotions Can't

Every offer you've mailed for this year needed the buyer to show up on camera or already have something to sell. This one needs neither, which means it converts on the part of your list that sits out everything else.

There's No Belief To Build

Nobody needs convincing that affiliate marketing works or that short video sells. The objection was never the model, it was "I can't produce the content." That's a far shorter distance to close.

Time To First Result Is One Session

Nothing to connect, nothing to install, no sequences to write. They see a finished branded video before they've had time to second-guess the purchase, which is the biggest lever there is on refund rate.

It Isn't Competing With What You Promoted Last Quarter

Your list has bought affiliate video tools before, and every one built from a stock library. Different input, different output. The people who refunded the last one are precisely who this was built for
